What printing options do you offer?

We offer two printing options: digital printing and rotogravure printing.

Digital printing is ideal for small batches and frequent design updates, while rotogravure printing is best for large volume orders (typically 5000+ pieces).

We’ll recommend the most cost-effective method based on your packaging needs.

To learn more about the differences between rotogravure and digital printing, feel free to check our blog: Rotogravure VS Digital Printing, Which One is better for your product?

What are the advantages of these two printing methods?

Advantages of digital printing:

  • No minimums
  • No plate fees
  • Fast turnaround
  • Suitable for variable data printing
  • Cost-effective for small quantities

Advantages of rotogravure printing:

  • Lower cost for large volume production
  • Wider material compatibility
  • Richer metallic and special effects
  • Longer print run durability

Conclusion: If your order quantity is relatively small (normally ≤5000-10,000) or if your packaging requires frequent design changes, then the best printing solution is digital printing. If your order quantity is large and there is no need for design changes, then rotogravure printing will save you more costs.

What Is Foil Stamping?

We can apply rose, holographic, silver, light gold, or dark gold foil to specific areas of your design, enhancing visual impact and creating a striking, tactile finish that stands out.

What Is Spot UV?

Spot UV is a finishing technique that applies a high-gloss UV coating to specific areas of your design for added contrast.

To use this effect, please indicate the specific areas in your artwork file by placing them on a separate layer.

What Is White Layer?

White Layer, or white ink, is a special printing layer used on soft packaging to create opaque areas or enhance colors on transparent or metallic materials.

By adding a white layer beneath or on top of your design, your colors appear more vibrant and stand out, ensuring your artwork looks exactly as intended on the final packaging.

Are Your Materials Food-Safe?

The flexible packaging material is food-grade and has passed multiple safety and compliance tests, including FDA, RoHS, REACH, and Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004.

How do I determine the best packaging size for my product?

Choosing the right packaging size depends on several factors, including product volume, product appearance, and distributor requirements. The pouch should not only fit your product properly but also present it well on shelf.

If you are unsure about the size, there is no need to worry. Our team has extensive experience across a wide range of products and can recommend standard, commonly used sizes for your application. You may also refer to similar products on the market or order a sample pouch to ensure the best fit.

I have no idea about the thickness, finish, color, structure...of the bags I need. Can you help me choose?

Don’t worry, our packaging expert in your industry will recommend suitable packaging based on your product and send you videos of similar bags, so you can get a more intuitive feel.

Artwork

How do I know if my design is print ready?

You can refer to our Artwork Specifications for detailed requirements. This guide explains all technical standards your file needs to meet before production.

Once everything is confirmed, we will also provide a digital print proof for your final approval before production begins.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept artwork in print-ready PDF (PDF/X-1a preferred) or Adobe Illustrator (AI) format.

For Illustrator files, please ensure:

  • All fonts are converted to outlines
  • All images are embedded
  • The file is set in CMYK color mode
  • 3mm bleed is included
Can you print Pantone colors?

Yes, Pantone color printing is fully supported for rotogravure (gravure) printing, where spot colors can be accurately produced based on Pantone standards.

For digital printing, we do not use direct Pantone spot inks. Instead, we follow the GMI color management standard and advanced color profiling systems to closely simulate Pantone colors as much as possible.

This ensures high visual consistency, although slight variations may occur due to the nature of digital process printing.

Do you provide dielines?

Yes, you can download suitable dielines from our Template Dielines page based on your bag type and size.

Alternatively, you may directly provide your bag specifications, and we will generate a custom dieline for you within 12 hours.

What is a print proof?

A print proof allows you to see a print-ready version of your file before we print it. It shows any technical issues in your design and includes recommendations from our prepress team on how to make your artwork file ready for printing.

Once your order is placed, a proof will be sent to you by email. Please review it carefully, as you will need to either ACCEPT or REJECT the proof.

If we do not receive your response within 12 hours, your order will automatically move forward to production.

Should my file be in RGB or CMYK?

Please set your file to CMYK, which is the standard color model for professional printing, ensuring accurate and consistent color reproduction.

Will printed colors match my screen?

Printed colors cannot perfectly match what you see on screen because printing is based on the CMYK color model, while screens display colors using RGB. These two systems work in fundamentally different ways, so a 100% exact match is not possible.

If you are using a screen as a color reference, we recommend viewing your artwork on an iPad for better accuracy.

Please also note that packaging material and surface finish (such as matte, gloss, or soft-touch) will affect the final printed color appearance.

If you have strict color requirements, we recommend providing a Pantone color reference, a physical sample, or ideally requesting a custom sample pouch for the most accurate color verification before mass production.

Can I upload multiple designs in one order?

Of course you can. You can upload multiple designs in one order if the designs are the same size.

If the designs are different sizes, you will need to place multiple orders separately.

Do you offer templates for pouches & labels?

Yes, you can download suitable dielines from our Template Dielines page based on your bag type and size.

Why should I convert text to outlines?

Converting text to outlines is a smart move to ensure that your text looks the same no matter where it’s viewed or printed.

When you convert text to outlines, you don’t have to worry about whether the right fonts are installed on every computer or device. It eliminates any font-related issues or substitutions that could mess up your design.

Can I change the artwork after placing the order?

Yes, you can make final modifications before the artwork is approved.

Once the artwork is approved, your pouch will go into production. At this point, changes may incur additional costs and extend your delivery time.

What is the turnaround time for my order?
