Hello, I’m Alex Tao, Sales Manager at Pouching.
I’ve spent over 14 years in the flexible packaging industry, starting as a sales representative in Sept. 2010. In my early years, I worked at a large packaging manufacturer, handling high-volume packaging orders. But something was missing.
What truly inspired me were the conversations with founders, makers, and small brand owners, people building their dreams from scratch. Their orders might be small, but their need for quality, reliability, and brand-defining packaging was just as critical as any big player’s. Yet, they often got overlooked by traditional manufacturers.
That’s why I joined Pouching Packaging in 2016 as Sales Manager. From day one, I was drawn to the company’s clear mission: to serve small and medium-sized brands with the same level of quality, attention, and care that larger clients receive. At Pouching, we’re built around one idea: your growth matters, no matter where you start.
